Let’s Talk

Life is tough. I see you wanting to get more quality out of your life. You might be the gladiator of a high achiever dragging around anxiety, autism, ADHD or a traumatic past. Or maybe life got harder than that lately - like putting your feet on the floor is too hard today. Listen, I've been there myself. You're safe here. I got you. Let's get curious about you. You are the expert of your life; I'm right here with you handing you tools. Yes, I have the ground-breaking therapies. I’m here to walk alongside you and offer tools that fit. I often use CBT and DBT for practical work. I'm currently rolling out EMDR for in-depth trauma work .
